With the advancement of science and technology development industry, demand for oil is increasing, measurement becoming more reliable accurate. The communication network refers to physical connection various isolated devices realize link information exchange between people, people computers, computers so as achieve purpose resource sharing communication. Oil natural gas pipelines are an important strategic economic lifeline a country. China’s long-distance have developed rapidly in recent years, Beijing-Shijiazhuang Pipeline, “West-East Gas Pipeline,” western crude refined pipeline projects been completed. UAV can produce geometric data with high precision build its 3D model. Therefore, this study proposed based on obtain modeling. mainly talked about energy consumption era acquisition was analyzed, transportation measures petroleum under were focused on, three-dimensional modeling terrain capture carried out, then experimental analyzed after equipment debugged part. final results showed that, different frequencies, collected by host computer compared field data, errors water phases calculated. It be clearly seen from that error less than 5%, which also proved method feasible.
